Maria Santana was absolutely phenomenal. I could not imagine finding a better agent. We were buying from out of state and Maria was so flexible and understanding. Especially because, as a first-time buyer, I didn’t know all of the questions I should be asking (or do’s and don’ts, for example) and she would proactively provide this information, which made me feel like I was walking through this process with someone who had my best interest at heart. I would recommend Maria to anyone. She is kind, knowledgeable, reliable, and wonderful at his job. We also really enjoyed getting to know her as a person, and his inside scoop on moving to FL was invaluable.
